1. Refunds & Exchanges

At Led Neon Signs, we understand that sometimes a product may not be quite right. Should you wish to request a refund or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing info@ledneonsigns.co.za.

After contacting us, you will have a further 7 days to return the item(s).

Please include:

  • Your order number (found in your order confirmation email)
  • Your full name
  • The reason for the return
  • Full details and photos if the item is faulty

All items must be returned:

  • In the same condition as received
  • With all tags attached
  • In original box packaging where applicable
  • Unassembled, unused, and in a resellable condition

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

For all custom designed and made-to-order products, we conduct an approval and revision process before production to ensure you are satisfied.

These items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturer fault or defect.

Custom and made-to-order products include:

  • Personalised items with requested text or colours
  • Wallpaper printed to order in the required number of panels

Please refer to section 6 for faulty goods.

2. How to Return Your Purchase

A return shipping fee of R150 (round trip: outgoing and incoming) will be deducted from your refund. This fee may differ from your original invoice as we often subsidise shipping costs.

Return Instructions

  1. Repack the item with all original packaging (bubble wrap, carton, etc.)
  2. We will arrange a courier collection on a date confirmed with you
  3. Once received, you will get an email confirming your refund

Please allow 3–10 working days for your bank to process the refund.

3. Late Returns

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Returns received outside this period but within 4 weeks of purchase may qualify for a store credit (gift card).
  • Returns after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.
  • Late return eligibility is handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, we will issue a gift card to the value of the returned product, which can be used to place a new order.

5. Receiving a Refund

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method and will exclude shipping costs, except in the case of faulty items.

6. Faulty Goods

Items are considered faulty if they are received damaged or have a manufacturer defect.

On Delivery

Please inspect the packaging before signing for your parcel:

  • Note any damage on the delivery receipt
  • If unopened, write “unchecked” next to your name on the waybill

Reporting Faults

You must report any damage, shortage, or defect within 24 hours of receiving your order by emailing us. Please include:

  • A description of the issue
  • Photos where possible

In some cases, a replacement part may be sent instead of returning the entire item.

Please note:

  • Wear and tear is not considered a fault
  • Queries reported after 24 hours may not qualify for a refund or exchange

Once we confirm a manufacturer defect or transit damage:

  • We will arrange a free courier collection
  • Send a replacement or process a refund

If a courier collection is arranged and you are not available:

  • A R150 unavailability fee and R150 collection fee will apply
  • Any further collections will be at your cost

Custom Orders

All custom-made products are final sale. Returns, cancellations, or exchanges are not accepted unless there is a manufacturer defect.
