Shipping & Delivery
Flat Rate Shipping
Enjoy a flat shipping fee of R150 anywhere in South Africa. We also offer a free Click & Collect option from our offices.
Who do we ship with?
We use The Courier Guy for all deliveries.
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.
Please note: No deliveries on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Timeframes After Dispatch
Most of our products are made to order, except for selected collections we keep in stock.
Production lead times are listed on each product and collection page.
Once your order has been produced and dispatched, estimated courier times are:
- Johannesburg & Pretoria: 1–2 working days
- Main city centres: 1–3 working days
- Outlying regional areas: 4–5 working days
You will receive an email confirming which courier your parcel has been sent with.
Please note: These timeframes are estimates from the date of dispatch. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier companies.
Important Information
- A contact telephone number is required for all orders. We cannot ship without it.
- Orders cannot be redirected once dispatched.
- Couriers may request a delivery PIN, which will be emailed to you before delivery.
- Delivery times do not account for possible delays due to payment authorisation.
Free Click & Collect (Centurion, Gauteng)
You are welcome to collect your order from our offices at no cost.
Please allow the standard production lead time listed on the product page.
Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with collection confirmation and details.
Collection Hours:
Monday to Friday: 10:00 – 14:00
Closed on weekends and public holidays.
If you arrange your own courier to collect on your behalf, please inform us in advance and email the waybill at least one day before collection so we can print and attach it to your parcel to avoid delays.
